Holešovice, a neighborhood
with a lively soul

Culture, gastronomy, and experiences at your fingertips
Today, Holešovice is one of Prague’s most lively cultural districts. The streets are alive with street art and original murals that add to the creative atmosphere of the whole area. The renowned DOX Centre for Contemporary Art, the alternative La Fabrika scene, the Vnitroblock community space, and the newly emerging AREÁL7 with an open-air cultural program are all based here.
The range of experiences Holešovice offers is complemented by its diverse gastronomy—from bistros to designer cafés that have breathed new life not only into the streets, but also into the long-neglected Holešovice Market.

Excellent accessibility
The undeniable advantage of the Tusarova 41 project in Prague 7 - Holešovice is the full range of urban amenities in the immediate vicinity and excellent transport accessibility. It’s located just a 3-minute walk from the Tusarova tram stop, from where it’s only a 10-minute ride to the city center, Bubeneč, or Libeň.
In 15 minutes, you can easily walk to the Vltavská metro (line C), the new Prague-Bubny Railway Station, or the HolKa footbridge to Karlín, which extends the already rich offer of gastronomic venues and cultural experiences in the neighborhood.
In addition, the Bubny district is being built on the border of Holešovice and Bubeneč, filling a long-standing gap in the urban development here and bringing new energy to the area.

Boredom? Not in Holešovice!
The possibility of active relaxation is offered by a number of nearby sports grounds (fitness center, squash hall, golf driving range), and plenty of greenery in Stromovka, which is rightly one of the most popular parks in Prague, only 35 minutes away on foot.
The entire district of Holešovice can be traversed by a pleasant walk along the river from Štvanice to the Exhibition Grounds. The trail also leads through the new U Vody Park with a community garden, seating area, fire pit, playground, and outdoor gym.
